  • Set in Mexico and Italy, JADE is a wild ride in the international smuggling of ancient artifacts. Two strong male leads , one Mexican, one Italian – who can’t stand each other, team up with the beautiful, duplicitous daughter of a respected archaeologist to deliver a precious Olmec JADE frieze to a private collector. It’s an unholy alliance – for love, money, and country – that keeps everyone guessing until the end.

In the vein of movies such as Romancing the Stone, Jade is a light-hearted, rollicking adventure, full of crosses and double-crosses, and sure to delight, from the buzz of Mexico City to the jungles of the Yucatan, and the cool chic of Milan to the revelry of Venice’s carnival, and the medieval pageantry of Siena, the story is a visual feast.

It is about duplicity and greed and machismo and sex… it is about Jade.
